LOOK OUT they will do Credit Blasting 9 hard hits to apply dropped my score 15+ ponts, Sale price, add $1495 and $598 for fees to the price it'll show up adjusted in your loan. Shop the loan theirs is 1 point higher than others probably a kick back NO Transparency even though the Kin Gruff Auto Group is big on it, must be a big warning !!!
Had my car Santa Fe serviced for over a year now, and have been very happy with them overall. Except until I realized that the key to my wheel lock is missing. When I talked to the service department, I was told that I had to buy another set .. REALLY!!! No one else has serviced my car. $65.46 later to have a key just in case of a flat. Not happy.
The parts department called me a day after I posted my previous review and said the part came in for replacement. So I am now back to being very satisfied with the dealership, although the sales rep. should have still replied to my emails.
I initially felt the dealership and sales person were excellent. But they never ordered parts to replace the damaged headlight covers of my new car, which they said would be done under warranty. The sales rep. also stopped responding to my texts about this and I had to call the parts department myself. It is not good that they do not follow-through with after purchase with services and repairs like this.
Terrible Experience – Avoid Ken Garff Hyundai Surprise! I had an awful experience with Ken Garff Hyundai Surprise. I purchased a 2021 Toyota Sienna from them, and while the process initially seemed smooth, things quickly went downhill. After signing all the paperwork and inspecting the car more closely, I noticed a huge dent on the door panel on the passenger side. It’s a very obvious defect, and you can’t miss it. The paint in that area is chipped, and the spot is already rusted, which makes it even worse. When I brought this up, the dealership assured me they would take care of it. However, despite countless calls and follow-ups, they never resolved the issue. Each time I contacted them, they just gave me the same runaround, promising it would be handled, but it never was. This kind of customer service is unacceptable. If you’re considering buying a car here, don’t! They clearly don’t stand by their word or care about their customers once the deal is done. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else!
I took my 2011 Tucson in for full inspection. Afterwards the only female in service dept. Very rude. I was given two items to repair. Got one item serviced. After return home I noticed what looked like oil in my drive way. Rtn the car now 4 items wrong. I called Hyundai company and complained they suggested I take my car to another dealer for 2nd look. After finding that it was obvious that There was fowel play Hyundai Motor Corp offered a discount on the repairs.
Paul Horak and Billy went above and beyond to get me the car I wanted. They did an amazing job getting me into a car that fits my budget and the payments I was asking for . I will be recommending this dealership to all my family and friends to buy a car from Ken Garfield dealership. You could a better place to buy a car!

I currently have mixed feelings. Went in knowing exactly what I wanted and did my research on estimated monthly price and how much I was going to put down. I had to negotiate for an hour to get even remotely close to what I wanted. Then it was followed up with an eye roll by finance when I couldn’t afford the extra warranty. I choose to lease a vehicle, and wanted to do the 12k miles. It would have given me a peace of mind knowing I could comfortably be within my limits. I was talked down to 10k and was told miles don’t matter. Even though I understand the explanation that was given to me, I also feel like this explanation was for today’s market and not really knowing what the years to come could bring. Instead of enjoying my new car, that is really nice, I feel like I haven’t been able to fully enjoy it because I’m worried about what’s going to happen at the end of all of this. I’m an over-thinker so I just need facts in front of me instead of feeling like I was taken advantage of. I was also told someone would contact me as a follow up to see how everything was going and I have received the survey twice, and I took it both times, but still, no one has followed up with me.
First off, I absolutely hate car shopping. I hate the games. I hate the "let me talk to my manager" or "what is it going to take for me to get you to buy". I gave Ken Garff Hyundai 5 stars because I got none of that when buying my car. I had the best car salesman I've ever worked with, Andrew Tackett. He helped me find the perfect car. He was patient with my wanting to look at multiple models and trim levels. He did not pressure me at anytime and helped me find my perfect car. Even the finance person, Jeremy, was amazing. He showed me some options but did not pressure me with add-ons. If you are looking for a new Hyundai, even if you don't live in Surprise, make the drive to Ken Garff. Call ahead to make sure Andrew Tackett is working or make an appointment with him and you will not be disappointed!
I had a great experience with this dealership. Allen was a very outgoing salesman who made the entire car buying process enjoyable and easy. You can tell this place cares more about the customer than the money, which is hard to find when it comes to dealerships. Allen has worked with me to look at multiple vehicles until I felt like I found the right one. Not only did he help me find exactly what I was looking for but gave me a great deal too! Sami was of great assistance when it came down to finances and paperwork. Up front, honest and easy to work with. Much appreciated. Definitely let these guys take care of you for your next vehicle!
It started when I called ahead and was told they had 6 or 8 of the vehicle I was interested in that just arrived. They did not. There was 1 which we couldn't drive, oh wait, the manager worked some magic now we can drive it. We were up front we wanted to drive it then talk about rather we wanted to trade in our luxury SUV on this model. On the test drive I asked what features I should be paying attention to and was told "you're driving them". I honestly wanted to know about safety features, the fingerprint reader, ottoman type seats etc. I also said I may want to move down a trim level to get a second row bench seat and asked what features would be missing if I did that. The salesman, a long time employee, said 1 trim level down only comes with captains chairs when in fact I don't think you can even get captain chairs on that level, bench is standard. Back in the dealership, my husband who is not well, was left behind in the showroom as the salesman rushed us to the office. I told him I'd be interested in getting a trade in number & financing specials. These are the things we'd need to consider to make a decision. He's typing away, I think getting answers to these questions, asks what color we like, I'm thinking making pleasant conversation, poof, his sales manager is looking for that color as we speak. I later found out that color is hand wash only which would have been good to know. I told him we were getting the cart before the horse and that we'd like to get a trade in value, hear about incentives then make a decision. Next thing. he brings the finance person in to ask why we aren't driving the car home today. As I said my husband isn't well, we made our intentions very clear up front so we walked out. Answer to why we weren't driving the car home today is 1. We didn't have an opportunity to talk between us. 2. There was 0, absolutely none, information provided about the vehicle or our trade. 3. There was a basic lack of honesty, respect & appreciation for our business. Everybody is going through something, as we are, so I decline to call out any one person at this dealership by name however, my experience doesn't, in my opinion, speak well of the dealership as a whole but rather highlights their culture. I made an appointment at Earnhardt Hyundai N Scottsdale and the experience was amazing. They provided all the information we could want, valued our trade in on the spot, worked with us on line to get the deal done & accommodate my husbands health limitations, communicated well while we were waiting on the vehicle to arrive & made the whole process pleasant. Their sales department values have also earned the dealership my loyal service business even if it is a little further drive.
These folks honored the 10/100K warranty as promised. My service advisor John Lane was knowledgeable and outstanding! If I need more service work, definitely will be back. Highly recommend this dealership.

Just bought a used Hyundai Sonata Hybrid private party and first week had some mechanical concerns. Made an appointment for Friday but on Wednesday prior had to take it in. Antonio took my call and got me in same day. Antonio went out of his way to get me a ride home. Said one of his techs should be able to get to it on Thursday. Friday morning Antonio called and told me what it needed. I authorized it and picked it up later in the day. Great service. My car is running great. Would recommend Ken Garff and Antonio

He spent the time with us that it took to look at several different trim levels and explained the different options very well. Helped to make the decision of which one to buy an easy one. My experience was fantastic our salesman was Michael and he was honest and upfront the whole time and the whole process was super fast, we were in and out in about 2 hours. This dealership is super busy and was quite impressed with how they ran their whole operation. If your looking to purchase or lease a hyundai this is the type of place you want to go to, and ask for michael, an awesome salesman that gets down to business and doesn't take advantage of customers.
My husband and I had the best experience buying a car from Ken Garff Hyundai Surprise. I called ahead to see if the car we wanted to take a look at was still available and Andrew had the car in front and washed when we got there. He worked with us to ensure we were completely happy, hustled to find a color (exterior and interior) that we liked, and was very patient. Sami in finance was great, as well. We had our 4-year-old granddaughter and the staff brought her snacks and coloring books, which made her happy and kept her occupied. We left the dealership with our brand new car a couple hours after test driving. We will definitely buy from here again! Thank you!!!!
I called Ken Garff Hyundai because my car felt like it was running a little bit different and they were able to get me in the very next day. I am so appreciative of them for that. Once I brought my car in, I was greeted by Cheyenne, who gave me exceptional service and was very hospitable and professional Cheyenne and her team gave me an estimated time of the following day that my car would be done with its repairs, but they were able to get it done on the same day! the mechanics that work here are very diligent at their job and found several hot ticket items that were affecting my cars performance. Once fixed my car is driving like it’s brand new again so thank you for your honesty and dedication to what you do.

This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever encountered! Paul Horak made the experience easy, he worked with me to make my payment what I wanted and he knew everything about the vehicle! On top of everything he made it feel like buying from an old friend, he even checked in on me the following day and offered any help with the technology in the vehicle. We traveled about an hour and 15 mins to check out a specific car and 1000% I would send everyone I know there because it's worth the trip. Everyone was friendly and polite and the environment was clean!
