Your service advisor Cheyanne has a bad attitude towards customers. The parking lot is so packed with cars you can hardly get to the service center without all most hitting a car. My Palisade 2020 is running like new. Great service team. I hardly recommend them.

They really want above and beyond to help me. I'm from out of state and needed to back home by the following morning for something really important and they were able to get me in and out as quickly as they could. Only took a few hours to trace through the wiring harness to find out which connection was loose. I didn't have to pay anything because it was the fault of another dealerships doing. They handled everything. Super friendly staff!

Superb! I bought my car five years ago with 10 year 100,000 mile warranty on it and although I rarely had an issue those that I did were met with eagerness, professionalism, and good work. I would definitely buy my next car from them again. My car had 8 miles on it when I purchased it now, it has 77,000 miles on it. Five years later the car is still running fantastic. I’ll probably go hold off on buying another one and just ride this one until the wheels falls off because I know it can do it hats off to Antonio Clara!!!

I told the sales person the payments that I wanted and after sitting there and going back and forth for 3 hours, they could not get them down to what I wanted. They said they could get my payments down but it would have to be on a lease. I have heard back things about leasing vehicles because they hold you accountable for everything. They stated this was due to my credit but I would say my credit history was pretty good if I have a job and only had one late car payment in 84 months.

The service on my Tucson plug in hybrid was completed efficiently and satisfactory—oil change, tire rotation and the computer diagnostic program. I had difficulty getting through on their phone system and reaching service staff. I personally do not like everything being sent to my phone which. The customer communications is the reason for my 3 star rating… the technical service on my car was worth a 5.

My appointment was at 10. My car isn’t even back for service at 11:26. Don’t seem right, for a oil change? Since posting, the guy came out and sincerely apologized for the delay,and actually did me a favor to make up for it. Let me just say,I get my own vehicle serviced at Toyota of Surprise, and they never did anything like that. Good Job folks!

Appointment was scheduled for 0710 hrs. I had an oil change, tire rotation and a recall diagnostic. I was greeted by a very competent service agent, Mason, who described, in detail, how things would go for the service. Everything went very well and the work was completed in just over an hour. I would highly recommend Ken Garff Hyundai for their great service and competent staff!

We had repairs made that required the use of our after market auto insurance. Antonio did a fantastic job making sure our insurance paid for all repairs.. a lot of extra effort!

I really like my service person. She is always pleasant. The prices there are always higher than a local mechanic, but I like the people at the dealership. She makes the price tag sting a bit easier.

Oil change took a little to long, 2 hrs and I was disappointed that the air pressure wasn't checked as the next day I had a lowe tire pressure warning and had to go to.QT and add air to 3 tires.

Made appointment to have first oil change on my new car and a few other issues looked at. When driving in my car with Ac set about 74 it randomly starts to blow out hot air. This is not how ac works. My husband waited 5 hours to be told I needed to bring the car in while it’s doing this. That’s hard to do when it’s sporadic. Not happy still having this problem. And no loaner car offered.

Oil change completed as agreed

I had a 7:00 Mon appt. I thought everything was good. The lady that greeted me was nice and the service was done well and promptly. I was a little disappointed that there was no amenities like coffee or breakfast bars since it was so early. Overall good

Service was efficient and smooth. I was able to get an Uber home and relax until my car was ready. They gave me an all point safety check. I feel good about driving with no breakdowns.
